State has Created a law for customers regulating Debts to the Banks ... a year ago I with the help of my uncle had made the arrangement with this regulation expecting to proceed to Judgment ... but State Modified the old regulation with a new one ... my uncle insists to follow this new modified one ... So i tossed the coins asking what is the best to stay in the old regulating law or to follow the new modified one (this means gathering papers from the start and  dont knowing if this New one will enact.. or performed)
Code:

Year: wa, Month: c, Day: t-V, Empty: w & wa

      Look - 20        Gen - 52

      G m   -          G y   -       red
  B s R e   O          K t  - -      grn
      P wa - - J       P sh - -      blk
      G m   X          B s   -       wht
      R e  - -         R w  - -      gry
  K t P wa - - U       P cn - -      yel

                       6 Strike

I don't focus on any star when tossing
The lower gua is the past and the upper gua is the future
Line 3 Gm bonds with Self line Psh ... so 6 strike is elliminated.. Bs kills Gm this is not good for the second regulatory Law.
Self line is void and cannot move... but after this void will start an advance of P star .. this is not good. Even more has a blk color.
The lower gua and the 1 line there is a retreat of P star in the void that is very good to worry about ... especially when this emptiness is fullfilled ... on the month c ..
Is there a better opinion ??
